Books may be purchased directly from the European Secretary, Graham Mark, at the Sterling prices shown. Sterling cheques to Graham Mark must be made payable to the CCSG and must be drawn against a British Bank.
Books may also be purchased through the US Secretary at the Sterling or Dollar prices shown above. In this case Sterling and/or Dollar checks must be made payable to Charles LaBlonde. Canada checks in US Dollars must be imprinted with the US nine-digit bank routing number.
