MORE REPORTS, AND PHOTOS, TO COME SOON

Most members arrived on Thirsday in time to mount their exhibits, though some had arrived earlier. This was followed by a Bar-B-Q at the home of our host and local CCSG organiser Tony Brooks. Beer, burgers and franks were enjoyed by all.

Friday was given over to personal time at the show; time was spent searching for that elusive censor cover we all still need for our collections. The society table was well situated just inside the entrance to the show and thiis time we had a professional looking sign under which books were sold and many discussions took place. It was a great meeting point.

That eveniing we had a dinner in a nearby restaurant. This was also attended by some of the judges but no information about possible medals or awards was forthcoming. The show hospitality suite seemed to have been rather monopolised by censor collectors.

On Saturday it was all business, with Chuck LaBlonde (US Secretary) and Chris Miller (UK Secretary) telling us about the state of the CCSG. Discussions took place about publications in the works. It was suggested that the auction might be put online as a service to members.

This was followed by several seminars.
