To mark the 60th Anniversary of the end of World War Two, a Living Museum was established in St James's Park, London SW1 (the Royal Park that runs parallel to The Mall with Admiralty Arch at one end and Buckingham Palace at the other) between 4-10 July 2005.

The Living Museum combined a series of exhibitions, displays and re-enactments to capture the essence of wartime life from a British perspective.
