The annual subscription, due on 1st February each year, is £15 (US$22) for members in the UK and the European Union, and for those elsewhere who receive their Journal by surface mail. For overseas members the air mail premium for the Journal is £3 (US$5). There are discounted rates for those who renew early - these are notified on the renewal form sent out each year.

For persons joining after 1st October each year membership will extend for 18 months (i.e the whole of the following year).

The Forces Postal History Society hold personal data on current and past members for the purposes of administering the Society and for the administration and provision of membership services.

For all members the following data is held: name and address. The following additional information is held if provided to the Society: telephone/fax number, e-mail address and collecting interests, whether a dealer. This data is obtained directly from the member and will be kept on a computer system. Financal information may also be held in relation to membership subscriptions and membership services.

Personal data will not be passed to third parties.
